Online Booking Form

Due to the high level of interest, we require the online booking form to be submitted in order to provide you assistance in a timely manner. On receipt of the on-line booking request we will follow up with an e-mail or phone call to discuss your needs. None of this information will be kept on our data base.

Please note:  Dyslexia Australia provides answers and solutions without the need for further testing (refer to FAQ). However, we are happy to provide an assessment, which includes a Dyslexia Screening Test, through our Education Consultant (Brisbane and Sydney).  Services will be extended should sufficient interest be expressed.
